Do you have an “American Chopper” fan living in your household? If so, you may want to consider throwing him or her an “American Chopper” themed birthday party. As a person who is all too familiar with the show and party planning, I happen to have a few party favor ideas that you may want to consider using. Here they are:
Motorcycle Edibles
When it comes to “American Chopper” themed edibles, motorcycle shaped candies are sure to win rave reviews. In my experience, there are many different motorcycle candy molds to choose from. Some of the molds are designed to make chocolate lollipops. Other molds are designed to make hard candy. Most of the motorcycle molds, regardless of the type of candy they make, tend to be available for purchase through confectionary supply shops for less than $5 each.
If you don’t want to make motorcycle shaped lollipops and candies, you could always go with a motorcycle shaped cookie. Motorcycle cookie molds also come in assorted styles and typically sell for $20 or less. Options range from Harley-Davidson related cookie cutters to general motorcycle shaped cookie cutters. Of course the Harley-Davidson specific motorcycle cookie cutters tend to be the more expensive of the two options.
Temporary Tattoos
Why not give the party guests a chance to channel their inner Teutel and hand out temporary tattoo arm sleeves? Temporary tattoo arm sleeves will have the kids looking like pint-sized versions of Paul Sr. in no time. They tend to sell through party supply shops for less than $3 a pack. If you want to go with something less expensive, most shops also sell cases of smaller temporary tattoos for less than $5 each. In many instances, a case contains over 100 temporary tattoos.
Motorcycle Scarf Hats and Bandanas
Motorcycle scarf hats and bandanas would make excellent “American Chopper” themed party favors. You can generally purchase either one through party supply or specialty shops. A dozen motorcycle themed bandanas will usually cost you around $10 whereas a dozen motorcycle scarf hats will cost you $28.
Chopper Medallion and Chain
Younger children may appreciate motorcycle themed chains and medallions. Some of the chains come with motorcycle medallions and others come with iron cross medallions. I’d recommend that you go with the iron cross medallions. The iron cross medallions and chains are often sold through party supply shops for less than $4 each.
“American Chopper” School Supplies
“America Chopper” themed school supplies would also make superlative party favors. In my experience, you can typically purchase six “American Chopper” Portfolios through school supply retailers for $40. There are also companies that sell brand specific, motorcycle themed pencils and pens for less than $7 a dozen. Some specialty shops also sell motorcycle shaped erasers for less than $1 each.
