John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John are two superstars whose careers have soared since the 1970’s. They co-starred in “Grease,” the most successful movie musical of all time, and they have the distinction of holding the record together for the best-selling duet of all time with “You’re The One That I Want.” Perhaps it’s no surprise that their latest holiday-themed music video, “I Think You Might Like It,” has gone totally viral. People can’t get enough of the feel-food video, and everybody’s talking about it.
This jovial music video for “I Think You Might Like It” is for sale on iTunes. It was produced by Rav Media Group, LLC. The track is from the Christmas album, “This Christmas,” which is an album of duets of classic holiday songs between John and Olivia as well as their special guest stars, which includes Cliff Richard, James Taylor and Barbra Streisand. It should be noted that the proceeds from the album will go to charities, the Jett Travolta Foundation and the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre.
Celebrities are sharing their love of the video. Kirstie Alley is a long-time friend of Travolta. She shared the video at her Twitter page, @KirstieAlley, and she expressed her enthusiasm for the album a few times, even saying, ” Listening to Travolta and Olivia’s new Christmas album. It’s Wonderful!!!”

“People” magazine asked readers if the video for “I Think You Might Like It” is the one that they want or “Grease frightenin'”? Viewers are responding that they, indeed, really like it. More votes indicate that it’s the one they want.
On “The Talk” on CBS, it got mixed reviews. “I think it’s sweet and nostalgic. I’m just wondering why it was shot on an iPhone,” joked Sara Gilbert. I usually agree with the opinion of my fellow liberal vegan Sara, but I think she’s wrong here. The video looks terrific, in my opinion, and it has such a fun spirit to it.
“Esquire” has weighed in on it as well, opting to share photos from the video in its screencap re-cap article. Mashable and OK shared the video to readers as well. Gawker is noted for their snark, and they didn’t spare it when they also shared the video. For so many people to be excited and talking about it, there is something really special about it.
Mixed reviews abound, but the fans are who made “Grease” its enduring success for decades. “Us Weekly” reported that John Travolta said of his bond with his “Grease leading lady, Olivia, “We were friends for all this time, and I think that speaks for itself. There’s nothing more magical than feeling bonded together.”
Bonds were a part of this music video in many ways. John’s wife, actress Kelly Preston, his daughter Ella Bleu, and his song Benjamin also have special cameos in the video.
As of the time this article is going to publication, the video of “I Think You Might Like It” is the top banner for CNN’s Marquee blog in its entertainment section. With well over half a million YouTube hits, the audience for this video is only growing. The video is among the bestsellers on iTunes, and the album is moving up the charts.
