Buying Christmas toys for girls is so much fun, especially for the younger ones. Between all the pretty dolls, cute animals, and art supplies out this year 2012, you shouldn’t have any problems at all.
Since my little girl is 7 going on 8, I am going to give you the most popular Christmas toys for girls age 7-8. This list will include some dolls, technology gadgets, and fun art, which will keep your little princess busy for hours.
Anything Monster High
Monster High is hotter than ever this year 2012. Between all the new cool and scary dolls and accessories little girls are going nuts making their Christmas lists already. Since there is so many Monster High items to choose from, I narrowed it down to this one amazing Squidoo Lens by Nightcat .
This lens covers almost every nook and cranny you can think of. Check out the latest dolls, play sets, bundles, journals, purses, bags, bedding and more. The details and images in this lens are amazing.
Furby
Yes Furby made this list as well for all those who read gifts for boys age 8 by me. This annoying doll is almost sold out everywhere. Furby will talk to you, respond to your voice and even respond to music. Walmart has Furby for under $60.
Gelarti Designer Studio
What little girl doesn’t like creating her own art especially with stickers? This studio allows your little artist to create and color her very own stickers to use in her bedroom, backpack, on her clothing, and even on her toys. The kit comes with over 30 stickers, cool paint pens, gems, an activity book, glitter paints and more for under $30.
FurReal Friends
Last year it was all about Butterscotch and GoGo’s Walkin Puppy. This year 2012, it’s all about Baby Butterscotch, “Glitter” the new GoGo Walkin Pup, and the Snuggimals collection.
Baby Butterscotch is a miniature horse that will respond to your touch, voice, make real horse sounds, and will even nibble down a carrot. The pony has adorable features which the little girls will love, especially the big animated looking eyes. The only downfall of this toy is the price. The price can range anywhere from $99-$300 depending on where you shop if you can find it.
Next up is “Glitter” the GoGo pup. Glitter is not much different from the original GoGo Pup. However, the little girls will love the sparkly glittery ears, and the the sparkly dog leash. You can take your dog for a walk with fashion for under $60.
Snuggimals Collection
These little baby animals are just so darn cute, but selling like hot cakes. Each baby goes for about $10, but if you buy the bundle, which includes all 5 the price is only $34.99 at Toys R Us.
Choose from Snug A Bootsie the kitten, Snug A Floppy the sheepdog, Snug A Hound, Snug A Sugar The Dog, or Snug A Little kitten. The Snuggimals remind me of the Zhu Zhu Pets when they were hot 2 years ago. People would pay $10 dollars for them, and sell them online for a crazy darn price.
Electronic Gadgets Of All Sorts
So many this year to choose from. You have The InnoTab, The Meep Tablet Pad, Kindle Fire, LeapFrog LeapPad2, The Fijit Friends Newbies and the list goes on.
