It started out with my wife, Leah, and I hiking along this streambed and we wind up getting captured and brought to this large coliseum. There’s an announcer and a very scared prisoner in the middle on this huge, inflatable thing (like what stuntmen falling off buildings land on). On the ground of the coliseum there are other prisoners being chased around, mercilessly beaten and sodomized by these overly muscled, gladiator monster things. The inflatable thing gets hit by something and the prisoner atop it is catapulted off. When he hits the ground, he is swarmed by the muscle monsters.
At this point Leah and I bolt out of there. We are chased and we duck into a loooooonnnngggg barn. There are other escapees walking in the barn ahead of us. Just as I’m about to call out to them, a couple of grotesque ogre like things run out of a stall, grab them and drag them back into the stall. I then notice that this is happening at each stall at intervals. Whether or not there was someone to catch, every couple of seconds a creature or couple of creatures would run out of a stall, make a grabbing motion and run back. I get the timing down and take off running for the other end of the barn, looking over just in time to see the guy who just got captured getting stabbed repeatedly while his flesh was being eaten. The bloody mess that was left said, “I’m ready to go to my stall now” and was carried off to become part of the monster procession.
At the other end of the barn, the doors opened up to a walled balcony that dropped off to a bridge below. Also, there were zombies on the balcony and we were still being chased. We started to climb down towards the bridge but noticed that there were hideous things eating people down there so we decided to scale our way across to the other side on the suspension cables. The creatures chasing us fell from the cables and were devoured by the crowd below. I looked to the other side of the bridge and noticed there was a dragon/gargoyle/demon thing mirroring our movements across the suspension cables only much faster and with greater ease. So we decided to pick up the pace and start moving between cables to avoid meeting this thing in the middle. Lucky for us it fell into the water where it was eaten (because, of course, they were shark infested waters).
At the other end of the bridge was a series of uneven walled balconies each complete with monsters, demons and zombies. I scaled the walls, avoiding the zombies. Leah was now gone ( happy mother’s day, love). At the end of the balconies, the landscape opened up to a vast body of water with a dock at the other end.
Connecting the balconies to the dock was a maze of wooden planks supported by posts sticking out of the sea. In some sections the planks had fallen and there were only posts. I noticed that the dock on the other side didn’t have any creatures or monsters or zombies on it at all and I knew that was where I needed to go, that was the end. I also noticed a very well dressed vampire walking along the maze of planks toward me. Somehow I got ahead of him which wasn’t so great because he was now behind me somewhat forcing my forward direction. I reached a spot where the planks were missing and jumped for a post. I barely made it and the sharks noticed. They started gathering around me in the water below. I was able to get back over to a wooden plank and start making my way to the dock, the vampire hot on my heels. Somehow, I made it to the dock. When I pulled myself up I saw the vampire had lost interest. I had made it to the end and was out of his territory. I let out a sigh of relief and turned around to find myself in a large coliseum with a big inflatable thing in the middle. There were still people on the ground being chased, beaten and sodomized.
Then I woke up. Crazy.
